Dear Users,

Hello and welcome to the InfoUniverse, where creativity, technology, trust, and collaboration meet. This User Agreement is the foundation of our relationship with you when you engage or interact with any of our platforms. It explains what we offer, what you can expect from us and what we seek in return. This Agreement works alongside with our:

Privacy Policy - explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data;
Terms and Conditions - explains how our platforms works and how you can use them; and
Community Guidelines - explains the values and behaviour standards to maintain safe respectful platforms.

If you do not agree with this agreement, please do not create an account or access or otherwise use any of our Platforms. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you can do so by closing your account and discontinue using our Platforms.

1. DEFINITIONS

For your better understanding of this Agreement, the following key terms shall have the meanings set out below:

'Account' means your registered user profile created to access InfoUniverse Platforms and related services through a single sign-on (SSO) or other login credentials.
'Agreement' means this User Agreement together with all annexures, and as amended, supplemented, or updated from time to time.
'Artificial Intelligence' means technologies and computational systems, including machine-learning, deep-learning, and generative models, that analyse and process data for creation of outputs.
'Content' or 'User Content' refers to text, data, images, graphics, audio, video, documents, or other material submitted, uploaded, streamed, transmitted, or otherwise made available by a user.
'InfoUniverse Platforms' refers to the suite of platforms, mobile applications, and services operated by Enso, including InfoMemo, InfoProfile, InfoPhone, InfoQueries, InfoConverse, InfoDatabox, InfoContract, InfoLives, InfoTelecast, and InfoTodo.
'Paid Features' means premium, subscription-based, or transaction-based components of InfoUniverse Platforms that require payment.
'User' means any natural person or legal entity that registers an account, or otherwise accesses or uses the InfoUniverse platforms or services.

2. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE

This Agreement is between Enso Webworks Private Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Enso", "we", "us", "our") and the User (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user").

By creating an account, or by using or accessing any of our platforms, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding agreement with Enso Webworks Private Limited. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. ELIGIBILITY & CAPACITY

To use our platforms and services, you must have attained the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By accessing our platforms, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements to form a valid contract, and all information provided by you is accurate.

You may not use our services if you are located in an embargoed jurisdiction or on any government sanctions list.

4. ACCOUNT CREATION AND MAINTENANCE

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you find any unauthorised activity, notify us promptly.
InfoUniverse uses a single account system allowing you to move seamlessly between platforms using Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.

5. ACCESS MODELS AND MONETISATION

InfoUniverse platforms are available under the following business models:

Advertisement Supported Model: Basic features are available free of cost. Enso earns revenue by hosting sponsored content.
Premium Model: Enso charges a premium or subscription fee for certain platforms and advanced features.

6. SERVICE ACCESS AND LICENSE

6.1 Grant of License

Subject to this Agreement, Enso grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the InfoUniverse platforms. This license does not grant any ownership rights.

6.2 User License to Enso

When you upload content to InfoUniverse, your content remains yours. You grant Enso a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content to operate and improve the services.

7. AVAILABILITY, UPDATES, AND MODIFICATIONS

We continuously improve our platforms and may modify features, release updates, or discontinue legacy components. You have the right to either accept these modifications or discontinue use of our platforms.

16. PAID FEATURES

We provide certain features on a paid or subscription basis. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due, including recurring renewals and applicable taxes.

19. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND RENEWAL

Subscription-based services renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

21. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless otherwise noted or required by local law, all payments are non-refundable once the service period begins or digital content is delivered.

26. AI GOVERNANCE AND MODEL-TRAINING RESTRICTIONS

We use AI and machine-learning tools to improve your experience. Our systems learn from aggregated and anonymous data, not from personally identifiable information. We follow strict rules to ensure AI is fair, transparent, and accountable.

28. TERM, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

28.1 Term of the Agreement

This Agreement starts when you first accept it and continues until terminated. You may close your account anytime via account settings.

28.2 When we may end this agreement

We may terminate this Agreement if you materially breach it or if your use poses risks. Before termination, we will give you seven days' notice unless immediate action is required.

30. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights in the InfoUniverse platforms remain the exclusive property of Enso Webworks Private Limited, its affiliates, or licensors. You are granted only a limited revocable license.

31. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By using InfoUniverse, you represent that:

You have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
All information you provide is accurate and complete
You will use platforms only for lawful purposes
You own or have rights to content you upload

32. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enso from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, conduct, or violation of this Agreement.

34. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enso will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms.

36. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

36.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

36.3 Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.

38. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Community Guidelines, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Enso Webworks Private Limited.

39. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

42. UPDATES & CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may update this Agreement to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
