1. Introduction
Welcome to InfoUniverse, a suite of digital platforms and applications developed and operated by Enso Webworks Private Limited ("ENSO," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms and Conditions (collectively known as "Terms") govern your access to and use of our platforms, products, websites, mobile applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "platforms"). These Terms apply globally in consonance with the additional legal rights or obligations as may be applicable under local laws as per your jurisdiction.
Applicability of these Terms may vary depending upon the type of user (individual, business, professional or child in some jurisdictions) and depending on the nature of service, subscription, or plans availed by user (free, trial, or paid subscription plan).
By accessing, downloading, installing or using any of our platforms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms. You also confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy, User Agreement and Community Guidelines forming parts of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of our platforms immediately. Your continued access and use constitute acceptance of these Terms as updated or amended from time to time.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
- "Account" means the registered user profile created by you to access or use our platforms.
- "Applicable law" means all statutes, enactments, regulations, ordinances, codes, guidelines, rules, and other legal requirements in force in the relevant jurisdiction governing your access to or use of the platforms.
- "Business" means any legal entity, company, organization, or institution registered to use our platforms for professional, organizational, or commercial purposes.
- "Content" or "User Content" means any text, data, graphics, images, videos, audio, software, code, information, materials, and other items made available on or through our platforms, whether created by us, users, or by any third party.
- "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity and verification procedures implemented by us or our authorized representatives to verify the authenticity of a user or business as required by applicable law.
- "Third-Party Content" means any content, data, or material made available on the platforms by any entity or an individual other than us or the user.
- "User," "you," or "your" means any natural person, professional, or business entity, that accesses, registers, downloads, installs, or uses any of the platforms or services, whether under a free, trial, or paid plan.
- "Verification" means the process implemented by us to authenticate the identity, credentials, or business legitimacy of a user or business, including but not limited to KYC, professional validation, or financial verification.
3. Our Platforms and Services
We operate InfoUniverse, an inter-connected suite of digital applications referred to as InfoUniverse platforms that enable users to manage data, collaborate, communicate, transact, and engage professionally in secure digital environments.
All platforms are developed, owned, operated and controlled by Enso Webworks Private Limited, and are made available through websites, web applications, and mobile applications, depending on your location.
3.1 InfoUniverse Platforms

3.2 Service Improvements and Updates
We shall strive to develop new technologies and continue to improve features that make our platforms more useful, secure, and efficient for our users. If any material changes negatively affect your use of a platform, or if we decide to discontinue a platform, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice and, where applicable, guidance on how to manage or export your data, unless immediate action is required to comply with legal obligations, or address urgent security or operational concerns.
4. Content on Enso Platforms
4.1 Your Content
Certain platforms allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or your own content such as text, files, images, videos, comments, or other materials. You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in your content created by you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- the content you create, share or upload is yours;
- You are authorised to upload and share the content;
- the content complies with applicable laws;
- the content does not infringe the rights of others or cause harm to any other user, individual or entity.
We may review or remove contents that breaches these Terms or any applicable law.
We acknowledge that certain limited uses of copyrighted material may be permissible under applicable "fair use" or "fair dealing" laws. These exceptions exist under copyright law and apply only to the extent permitted by local legislation. The scope of these exceptions may vary by jurisdiction.
4.2 Enso's Content
We own the proprietary content including but not limited to design layouts, our logo, user interfaces, brand assets, software & programming code, educational materials etc.
You may use this content only as a permitted user of the Enso platforms mentioned in these Terms and our User Agreement. This does not give you ownership or rights to use Enso's branding or content outside the scope the rights granted in the license as per the User Agreement. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Third-Party Content
Some of our platforms may display content provided by other users, organizations, or partners. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party content. If you find any content that appears unlawful or violates the law or our policies, please report it to us through the in-app reporting feature so that we can review it promptly.
4.4 Cross Platform Content Across Enso Apps
If you access and use our multiple interconnected platforms, some of the content which you create, upload or share on one platform maybe visible across other platforms to provide you with better user experience and efficiency.
5. Your Use of Our Platforms and Platform Conduct
5.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use our platforms solely for lawful and intended purposes, in accordance with our Terms, User Agreement, Community Guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations.
Our platforms are designed to facilitate search, increase and share knowledge, networking, communication, document management, digital contracting, data storage, event hosting, and related services across our applications. You agree to use the services in a responsible manner that respects the rights of others and upholds the integrity and security of our ecosystem. Misuse of services is prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe and trusted environment for all users, you must not engage in activities that could compromise security, integrity, or trust on our platforms. Prohibited conducts includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal or abusive behaviour: Any content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful.
- Misuse of platforms: Unauthorised access, circumvent or attempt to bypass access controls, authentication systems, or usage limits, automated scripts, bots or reverse engineer, or tamper with any part of the platforms or its code.
- Intellectual property violations: Unauthorised use of other's content without their consent or infringing third party rights.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Engaging in fraudulent transactions, misrepresent professional credentials, or falsify communications.
- Security Interference: Malware, viruses or other programs disrupting the smooth functioning of our platforms in any manner.
- Harmful Content: Affecting other users or minors or bullying, intimidation, or impersonation of other individuals or entities is strictly prohibited.
5.3 User Responsibility and Accountability
You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account, and for any content uploaded, shared, or make available through our platforms. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or suspected security breach. We reserve the right to review, monitor, and moderate activity so as to prevent abuse, threats, or frauds and to maintain compliance with applicable laws.
If your use of InfoUniverse platforms results in harm, loss, or violation of rights to us or others, you may be held legally accountable and liable for such misuse.
5.4 Moderation and Enforcement
We are committed to ensuring our platforms remain safe, inclusive, and compliant with global content regulations. We reserve the right to:
- Remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms, User Agreement, Community Guidelines, or any law;
- Suspend, terminate accounts or permanently ban the accounts involved in repeated or serious violations;
- Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities, when required; and
- Apply automated moderation systems alongside human review to detect and prevent abuse.
5.5 AI-Generated and Automated Content
Some of our platforms include features powered by artificial intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) that are designed to enhance user experience.
Users are responsible for such outputs as they may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You agree to use such features responsibly and not to rely on them as the sole source of factual, professional, or legal advice.
5.6 Consequence of Misuse
Violation may result in the following actions, depending on factors such as severity and frequency:
- Warning;
- Deletion of offending content;
- Temporary suspension of account access;
- Permanent termination of account;
- Reporting to competent authorities.
6. User Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)
To ensure the authenticity of users, mitigate the risk of fraud, impersonation, and crime, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, we may implement identity verification and/or Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. Accordingly, you will need to verify your identity, before ascertaining certain features or paid services.
7. Consumer Rights and Protections
We are committed to treating all users fairly and in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the countries in which we operate.
These Terms do not limit, exclude, or modify any legal rights or remedies that consumers may have under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with such rights, the relevant consumer law will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the platforms, content and our services on "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enso and its related parties disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose;
- Accuracy, completeness or reliability of data, content, AI generated information;
- Freedom from viruses, malware etc.;
- Guarantee of title, non-infringement of your rights, or arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade;
- Any guarantee of performance that the Platforms will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free;
- Any defects will be corrected.
9. Professional, Third-Party, and Automated Content
Certain platforms may enable interactions with third parties or automated systems. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any advice, recommendation, or information provided through such features. All such interactions are at the user's sole discretion and risk.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. We collect and process user data only as necessary to provide and improve our platforms, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enso Webworks Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of data or content
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platforms

12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable laws, it will be interpreted to give effect to its intent. Remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
13. No Waiver
Any delay or failure by us to communicate, to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by our authorised representative to be effective.
14. Applicability
These Terms, together with Privacy Policy, User Agreement, Community Guidelines, and other referenced documents, form the complete agreement between Enso and the user.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect any regulatory changes, operational changes in our practices or introducing new features or on any ruling by a competent court. We shall provide you with reasonable advance notice via in-app notifications, pop-ups or notification to your registered email address to give you an opportunity to review the changes before they take effect, unless these changes are required by law, to prevent abuse or if we are launching a new platform or feature. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
